This is Richard Hayne, President and CEO of Urban Outfitters. He’s also a supporter of Rick Santorum and donated over $13,000 to him. He’s against gay marriage and abortion.
His company pulled a pro-gay shirt back in 08, they also blatantly ripped off an Etsy designers work, featured a t-shirt for women that said “eat less” and most recently had a card with a “tranny” slur on in.

I see nothing but hope and progression. Success, it’s all I foresee, but not because I’m gonna take the easy route, but because I’m going to work hard now to secure my future. Whatever it takes to put my life where I need it to be, I’m doing it now. For both of us.
My Bodybuilding Meals: Meal 3
Ok, so I’ve eaten a lot today so far, but I’m still not done. Bodybuilding requires a ton of food; no protein or carbs and fats= no gains. So meal 3 looks like this:
A big plate chicken stir-fry with brocoli, carrots, peas, corn, and green beans, about 3/4 cup of whole wheat penne pasta, all topped with siracha of course and a fish oil capsule. Just like my other meal, lean meat protein with the chicken, and vitamins and junk from all the veggies. Also like all the meals, a whole wheat carb source, in this case it’s penne pasta, and my condiment of choice, siracha<3 Lastly, I take a fish oil for the omega 3s; you need that healthy fat in it for heart health and joint lubrication. I’ll admit i’m pretty full now, but you gotta eat big to get big.

My Bodybuilding Meals: Post-Workout
Now here’s my post-workout, which helps me a ton. You dont “need” any of this stuff, but it helps like crazy because eating enough food is hard. I’ve taken different kinds of protein like BSN’s Syntha-6 and Gaspari Nutrition’s Myofusion, but this is what I’m taking now and is showing the best results:
Immediately after my workout is over I chomp down a couple of dates, than chug my 4 scoops of Dymatize’s Elite Mass. Dates have one of the highest glycemic indexs, meaning that eating them causes your insulin to spike. An insulin spike makes your body absorb carbohydrates WAY better, keeping you anabolic and allowing for much quicker absorption of protein into the muscles. So the protein I take isnt really just protein, it’s a weight gainer, meaning it contains a large amount of carbs, calories and protein. 77grams of carbs and 55grams of protein is an excellent ratio, plus it has 600 calories which is great. 0 sugar too, so it’s better than most weight gainers.
Over the past 4 months I’ve gained 8lbs of muscle, which is bring me higher to my goal of 160lbs. I’m currently 150lbs. More meals to come!

My Bodybuilding Meals: Pre-Workout
Next up is my pre-workout. This has changed overtime, but this is my current, which still varies depending on my workout plan for the day:
So first I take my pre-workout booster which changes based on my workout. Today I’m doing a really intense all arm workout, so I’ll take my most intense pre-workout which is Nutrex HemoRage. This shit is crazy, you feel indestructible, but it makes sleeping difficult and your heart rate stays high a couple hours after the workout. For a regular workout, I’ll take Jack3d, but after I finish all my tubs, no more pre-workouts for a couple of months. Than my BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids) as my intra-workout, I use Scivation Xtend. I’ve also used BSN’s AminoX, but I like Xtend better because it’s a bit more convenient than AminoX. BCAAs promote faster recovery and bigger gains by supplying Amino Acids we don’t usually get, which is good, haha. But yup, gonna workout than post my post-workout.

My Bodybuilding Meals: Meal 2
So my second meal is my pre workout meal, its pretty light so i can workout sooner and not wait for my stomach to digest, so here it is:
First there’s a chicken breast cooked in extra virgin olive oil, (no seasoning,) about a half cup of brocoli, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 1,000mg tribulus tablet, siracha and water. Chicken breast is one of the best protein sources you can get, cooked in EVOO as a healthy source of fat and not seasoned to keep my sodium low. Brocoli has plenty of vitamins and is a good fiber for digestion, plus it tastes great with siracha. Once again, whole wheat bread for a complex carb, and to make a sandwich with the chicken breast, and lastly the tribulus. Tribulus is a plant that acts as a natural testosterone booster, no steroids or cray drugs. I’ve been taking it for like 2 weeks now, and it definitely shows, all the effects of increased testosterone are apparent, increased agression, quicker temper, and a more intense workout with larger lean mass gains. The temper and aggression junk isn’t really bad, so dont think I’m crazy! Haha, but yup, thats meal 2, next is my workout supplementation!
